SALVATION

It was spine chilling 
I was confronting a noose oscillating
December cold was hurting less
What consumed my life was cold bloodedness
Reeling my memory back to the day I blundered
It was june 15 on the 2014 calendar

I had no money,I had no job
coked out of my mind I was losing my heart throb
Capsizing in the ocean of debts 
My every mile was occupied by life threats
I Lost my humanity to an ultimate level 
corrupted mind just ignited a devil

Theft was the crime I committed that day
But series of events were set to display
Post the theft as I ran hard through the crowd
Pushed an old man unaware he was in a tattered shroud
He got hit by a car
And I became murderer so far.

The moment tears welled in my eyes 
A black cloth with noose around my neck was tied.
As soon as they yanked the lever 
A taut in the nerve my head figured
For a moment I thought I am dead
As my eyes shot open today in my bed.

I was panting hard drenched in sweat
I was a dead man if it wasn't 6 in the morning i bet
I thanked God for the life He bestowed
as soon as my senses restored.
Sometimes dreams appear more real than reality
I got a lesson out of my own insanity.

BUT
The best thing today I have seen
is the calendar for it is june fifteen!!!
