Scrolling Up My Feed

Scrolling up my feed
I started my day liking few tweets
Then checking my own likes
To the post I shared last night
I drove up to my work - just a few lefts and two rights

Scrolling up my feed
I was waiting for the clock to chime
Thoughts Sprinting past the time
Checking my daily mails
and just replying-
"Yeah! I'll take that up next week some time"

Scrolling up my feed
I was driving back home
Atlast no more chaos and no more to roam
Just a few rights and two lefts
I'll be off with my day's dues and debts

Scrolling up my feed
As I was zooming past the day
There was a slight change of plans mid way
A sharp angular pit out of nowhere on the road
Bushwhacked my car and myself aboard,
Blurring me out in that scene
Ultimately putting a pin to the routine

And I still wondered what went wrong
Scrolling up my feed all along!!
