'Tear' Apart

It wasn't an early morning yawn,

nor did the harbingers even mourn,

just a cloudy dawn.

But a tear welled up.

As I watched through the tear
for all the emotions did it bear.                                                    
Still trying to adjust the cross hair

It suddenly flashed back                                 

It was cold for me!!

The deal was at the minimum catch

yet the doors of opportunity were still latched
for it already closed under another hat.

not even  an inch closer to success-

since the beginning

For like third time in a row

I was unable to repay the debt I owe.

With faded might 

and almost faded smite-

for the dreams that were shattered

I headed back in the car

wanted to go real good far.
Put my hands on the wheel
thinking nothing could heal.

Despondency was all over my senses

veneer of calm tore apart all its fences.
I cursed the accelerator till it's far end
waiting someone more to offend.
                                      
Thinking how worse it can go
then there was it!!

Screeching the tyres to make a stop
it was already too late to abort.
Crashed into a thick barked tree
that had fallen off due to bad storm
and raining spree.

In minutes the crowd gathered around
the tear that welled,rolled down.
As nothing more was left to act upon
I was just hoping to see another dawn.
